Music on Malphrus

Singer-songwriter Pat Wictor is scheduled to perform May 16 as part of the Music on Malphrus series.

The event will be held at 110 Malphrus Road in Bluffton. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with music beginning at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be available.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online or at the door. Online ticket sales close three hours before the event, though tickets will remain available at the door.

Wictor is known for music grounded in rural blues and gospel traditions. His work also incorporates elements of jazz, pop and improvisation. He first gained attention on the folk and acoustic scene as a slide guitarist, performing interpretations of traditional and contemporary songs. He later developed a career as a singer-songwriter, writing original material described as lean and poetic.

Organizers encourage attendees to bring friends and family to the performance.
