Donation drive supports Hilton Head High students

The Greenery is collecting personal care products, nonperishable food and grocery store gift cards for Hilton Head High School students ages 15 to 18 through Dec. 3. From socks and personal care products to pantry staples and grocery store gift cards, there are plenty of ways to contribute.

The donation drive aims to provide students with everyday necessities they can use throughout the school year.

Requested personal care items include socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, dental floss, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, acne care products, body wash, soap, razors, feminine hygiene products, brushes, combs, hair ties and body fragrances.

Food donations may include peanut butter, Nutella, jelly, canned goods, crackers, pretzels, popcorn and fruit snacks. Grocery store gift cards and fun items for students are also welcome.

Donations can be dropped off at The Greenery Garden Center Gift & Home, 960 William Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head Island, through Dec. 3.
