Collins Group Realty has added Aimee Brasington to its team as a Lowcountry real estate specialist, expanding the firm’s presence in the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island markets.

Born and raised in the region, Brasington spent her early years in Mount Pleasant and the Lake Norman area before relocating to the Bluffton-Hilton Head area in 2005 citing the area’s small-town character and sense of community.

Brasington began her real estate career working for a national home builder, learning the details of new construction, from early planning through final completion. She later transitioned into resale brokerage, building a career spanning more than a decade and working with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, military families, vacation-home purchasers, investors and homeowners preparing to sell.

Her work with sellers focuses on pricing strategy, property positioning and regular communication throughout the sales process, according to the firm.

“Aimee’s deep local roots, new-construction background and client-first mindset make her a perfect fit for our team,” said Chip Collins, broker-in-charge and founder of Collins Group Realty. “Her genuine care for people and her love for the Lowcountry aligns beautifully with our mission to deliver extraordinary service in every transaction.”

Outside of her professional work, Brasington is active in the Lowcountry community. She enjoys boating, visiting the Bluffton farmers market and attending local festivals throughout Beaufort County. She lives in Bluffton with her family, including her son, Tysen, a freshman at Anderson University, and two dogs, Roscoe and Nash.

With Brasington joining the firm, Collins Group Realty said it continues to strengthen its role as a community-focused real estate company serving the Lowcountry.
