Chris Sanders, client market advisor for Collins Group Realty, has earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

The PSA certification is specifically designed to enhance a licensed Realtor’s skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Sanders began his real estate career on Hilton Head Island more than 20 years ago as a residential Real Estate Appraiser. For the past seven years, he has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for Collins Group Realty.

Chris Wells has joined High Tide Restoration and Cleaning as vice president.

Wells has been a Lowcountry resident since 1997 and most recently was director of operations for 12 years at Uniform Work & Sport. Prior to that, he was a high school business teacher for 11 years.

Well also has coached high school baseball on Hilton Head since 1997 and is currently the head baseball coach at Hilton Head Prep. Wells earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of South Carolina and is an avid Gamecocks fan.

• Two part-time coordinators have joined the team at Second Helpings, a nonprofit organization that rescues food for soup kitchens and food pantries in Beaufort, Jasper and Hampton counties.

Angela Ziuraitis is the new North of the Broad coordinator for Beaufort and the Sea Islands. Ziuraitis was movement control coordinator with a global services provider following four years in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Her experience includes serving as a supply management specialist and distribution manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and is working on a master’s degree in project management. She can be contacted at

Paula Fanelly joins Second Helpings as South of the Broad coordinator for Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. Fanelly is an entrepreneur who founded and owned an alternative health care enterprise. She is a long-time volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, past president of Women in Networking, and a volunteer therapist with a women’s shelter.

Jennifer Gatlin, RN, BSN, MHA has been hired as the new director of patient care at Volunteers in Medicine Hilton Head Island. Gatlin joins the clinic after many years as a nurse at Hilton Head Regional Healthcare. Most recently she was the facility’s director of acute care services.

Gatlin has a longstanding connection to the clinic. Her mother, Angie Greenfield, was the first clinic director and is a former board member. Gatlin replaces long-time director Julie Copp, who recently retired after 17 years in the position.

Opened in 1993, Volunteers in Medicine Hilton Head provides more than 28,000 patient visits annually with services in 23 medical specialties, including dental and mental healthcare. For more information, visit

• SCORE SC Lowcountry and TD Bank will offer a series of online workshops designed to help businesses protect their finances during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The next session will be held at 9 a.m. Aug. 13.

There is no charge for these Zoom virtual workshops; however, they do require advance registration.
